NEW TAYLORMADE CONCEPT STORE OFFICALLY LAUNCHES

It was a fun-filled day at Toa Payoh Golf Driving range as TaylorMade adidas Golf (TMaG) officially opened their new store, with a celebratory carnival which gave hundreds of golfers the opportunity to LOFT UP+ with the new SLDR, SLDR S family of equipment and SLDR mini driver.

This store is the second TMaG concept store in Singapore and with its holistic approach to golf – there is no better place than to be beside the driving range. The interior showcases the TMaG 2014 visual merchandising look and feel: sleek, clean and stylish, and houses all the latest TMaG products. Following the official store launch, the range was swarmed by golfers who were keen to try out the newest family of TaylorMade clubs – the SLDR S and the SLDR mini driver. This family of drivers, fairway woods and irons now incorporates the SLDR S for the high-handicapper and the newly launched SLDR Mini Driver which gives you more loft than that of a regular driver with a smaller head. This is achieved without compromising on distance. In fact, some golfers realised that they gained more distance with this driver!

On site to answer any technical questions and explain the technology behind the improved performance, was Regional Product Manager Joey Chuasiriporn. He said, “This carnival is a great place for golfers to try the SLDR clubs for themselves and see the immediate improvement in their performance. Our professional players have been raving about the performance benefits of LOFT UP for quite some time, and now this has filtered to most of the golfing market. The SLDR family offers something for every type of golfer, and changes the way the driver and its loft has been viewed in the past.”
